Drift is Emerge Mission’s scholarship-funded retreat for men navigating life’s challenges — whether they’re dealing with personal struggles, major life changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands.
Through guided fly fishing, time outdoors, conversations around the campfire, and Christ-centered encouragement, Drift provides an opportunity to find rest, reconnect with God, and build lasting relationships.
Our all-inclusive retreats cover lodging, meals, fishing gear, and instruction. No fly fishing experience is needed. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and partners, men can attend at no cost.
Our goal is for every man to return home with renewed hope, a clearer sense of purpose, and a community that reaches beyond the trip.

Rise is Emerge Mission’s retreat for men recovering from addiction, including those transitioning from treatment or sober living communities.
Through fly fishing, time outdoors, honest conversations, and Christ-centered encouragement, Rise gives men room to step away, build meaningful connections, and find hope for the road ahead. No fly fishing experience is needed — our team will help you get started.
Recovery takes daily commitment, and no man should have to walk it alone. Our goal is to help men strengthen their faith, recognize their God-given worth, and connect with a community that encourages their next steps.
